Rosie is the Executive Assistant to Thinkstream’s leadership team and a key contributor across all areas of the business.

Having been with Thinkstream for almost a decade, Rosie plays an integral role in supporting the organisation’s day-to-day operations and ensuring consistency across both internal and client-facing activities. She works closely with Adam and Michelle, supporting all aspects of leadership, operations and strategic initiatives.

Rosie is a central point of contact for Thinkstream’s team members, as well as government and private sector clients. She manages a wide range of responsibilities including client communication, contract coordination, payroll support, operational processes and event delivery.

Her role extends across multiple functions of the business, combining elements of executive support, office management and operational coordination. Rosie also works closely with Michelle across marketing initiatives and supports the delivery of Thinkstream Together, contributing to the organisation’s community partnerships and events.

In addition, Rosie plays a role in supporting Thinkstream’s Queensland presence, contributing to coordination and operations across the Noosa office.

Rosie is known for her reliability, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly. Her deep understanding of the business and strong relationships across the organisation make her a trusted and valued member of the Thinkstream team.

For over 15 years, Rohan has worked within the Telecommunications and Information Technology sectors, delivering ICT Professional Services & Strategic Sourcing Solutions to Federal and State Government clients nationally. He has worked with multiple leading Professional Services and Recruitment firms, focusing on business strategy, management, operations, and the development and oversight of large portfolios of government clients.

Rohan has built a strong network of clientele, consultants, and strategic partners, and he is passionate about connecting people and businesses to solve problems or create new solutions and capabilities.

Gurjiv brings over two decades of expertise in solutions architecture and software engineering. He has led complex digital transformation projects for federal government departments and global enterprises, designing scalable and secure technology solutions.

Recognised for his hands-on approach, Gurjiv is deeply involved in technical design and solution delivery, ensuring high standards of performance, security, and scalability.

He excels at bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring innovative solutions align with strategic goals. His collaborative leadership and strategic vision drive Thinkstream’s commitment to delivering impactful solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Craig is a passionate business development and account management professional. As a sales management expert, he has worked across various industries to create and maintain strategic relationships for mutual growth and beneficial outcomes for his clientele. As a senior negotiator and team lead for global sales and contractual agreements for multiple large B2B companies, he understands how to apply his skill set to reach successful outcomes.
