Adam is the Founder and Managing Director of Thinkstream, with over 25 years’ experience leading complex ICT delivery across government and enterprise environments.

With experience spanning the Government, ICT, Science, Legal, Health, Investment, and Energy sectors, Adam has led the strategic development and implementation of large-scale ICT initiatives across both public and private sectors. His work has provided exposure to innovative uses of technology, leading practice delivery frameworks and high-performing operational models.

Adam has extensive experience across the full lifecycle of program and project delivery, including strategic planning, procurement, contract negotiation, implementation and operational management. He works closely with senior executives across government and industry, supporting organisations in delivering outcomes in complex, highly regulated environments.

As Managing Director, Adam is responsible for setting Thinkstream’s strategic direction and ensuring the organisation maintains a strong focus on quality, governance and trusted delivery. Under his leadership, Thinkstream has built a reputation as a reliable partner in government ICT delivery.

Adam also leads Thinkstream’s continued focus on strengthening security and governance practices, including achieving ISO 27001:2022 certification, reinforcing the organisation’s commitment to protecting sensitive information and maintaining a structured information security management framework.

In addition to Thinkstream’s consulting services, Adam is closely involved in the evolution of caseconnekt, Thinkstream’s secure and adaptable platform designed to support complex workflows and collaboration across industries.

He also supports Thinkstream Together, the organisation’s community initiative focused on strengthening local communities and creating meaningful opportunities through partnerships with schools, sporting organisations and community groups.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Rosie is the Executive Assistant to Thinkstream’s leadership team and a key contributor across all areas of the business.

Having been with Thinkstream for almost a decade, Rosie plays an integral role in supporting the organisation’s day-to-day operations and ensuring consistency across both internal and client-facing activities. She works closely with Adam and Michelle, supporting all aspects of leadership, operations and strategic initiatives.

Rosie is a central point of contact for Thinkstream’s team members, as well as government and private sector clients. She manages a wide range of responsibilities including client communication, contract coordination, payroll support, operational processes and event delivery.

Her role extends across multiple functions of the business, combining elements of executive support, office management and operational coordination. Rosie also works closely with Michelle across marketing initiatives and supports the delivery of Thinkstream Together, contributing to the organisation’s community partnerships and events.

In addition, Rosie plays a role in supporting Thinkstream’s Queensland presence, contributing to coordination and operations across the Noosa office.

Rosie is known for her reliability, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly. Her deep understanding of the business and strong relationships across the organisation make her a trusted and valued member of the Thinkstream team.

DIRECTOR OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Rohan is the Director of Professional Services at Thinkstream, where he leads strategic delivery and talent capability across the business, supporting client outcomes and organisational growth.

With over 17 years of experience across the Telecommunications and Information Technology sectors, Rohan delivers ICT professional services and strategic sourcing solutions to both government and private sector clients.

At Thinkstream, Rohan leads our recruitment function and broader professional services delivery, ensuring we source high-quality talent and deliver outcomes across client engagements. He works directly with clients to understand requirements, shape service offerings, and align capability with delivery models to meet their objectives.

Rohan is also a key client contact across Thinkstream’s government and private-sector engagements, building and maintaining strong relationships while ensuring a consistent, high-quality delivery experience.

In addition to leading delivery and talent capability, Rohan contributes to business development and growth by identifying new opportunities, leading tender responses, and helping shape Thinkstream’s strategic direction.

Rohan also supports Thinkstream’s information security framework in his role as Security Officer, working alongside the organisation’s Chief Security Officer to ensure security practices are maintained across operations.

Rohan is known for his strong industry network, practical approach and ability to connect clients with the right people and capabilities to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Gurjiv brings over two decades of expertise in solutions architecture and software engineering. He has led complex digital transformation projects for federal government departments and global enterprises, designing scalable and secure technology solutions.

Recognised for his hands-on approach, Gurjiv is deeply involved in technical design and solution delivery, ensuring high standards of performance, security, and scalability.

He excels at bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring innovative solutions align with strategic goals. His collaborative leadership and strategic vision drive Thinkstream’s commitment to delivering impactful solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Michelle is the Marketing Director at Thinkstream, where she leads the organisation’s marketing and communications strategy and shapes how Thinkstream presents its expertise across government and enterprise sectors.

Her role sits at the intersection of strategy, brand, growth and partnerships. Michelle is responsible for positioning Thinkstream as a trusted partner in government ICT delivery, ensuring the organisation’s capabilities are communicated clearly and consistently across all channels.

Over the past fifteen years, Michelle has played a key role in building Thinkstream’s brand and market presence — supporting initiatives spanning strategic positioning, digital presence, conference engagement, stakeholder communications, and long-term growth opportunities.

A central focus of her work is ensuring that Thinkstream’s brand reflects the values that underpin the organisation’s operations: innovation, connection, and trust.

Michelle also leads Thinkstream Together, the organisation’s community initiative that supports schools, sporting clubs, and community groups in creating meaningful opportunities and strengthening local communities.

As a senior negotiator and team lead for global sales and contractual agreements for multiple large B2B companies, he understands how to apply his skill set to reach successful outcomes.
