Rosie is the Executive Assistant to Thinkstream’s leadership team and a key contributor across all areas of the business.

Having been with Thinkstream for almost a decade, Rosie plays an integral role in supporting the organisation’s day-to-day operations and ensuring consistency across both internal and client-facing activities. She works closely with Adam and Michelle, supporting all aspects of leadership, operations and strategic initiatives.

Rosie is a central point of contact for Thinkstream’s team members, as well as government and private sector clients. She manages a wide range of responsibilities including client communication, contract coordination, payroll support, operational processes and event delivery.

Her role extends across multiple functions of the business, combining elements of executive support, office management and operational coordination. Rosie also works closely with Michelle across marketing initiatives and supports the delivery of Thinkstream Together, contributing to the organisation’s community partnerships and events.

In addition, Rosie plays a role in supporting Thinkstream’s Queensland presence, contributing to coordination and operations across the Noosa office.

Rohan is the Director of Professional Services at Thinkstream, where he leads strategic delivery and talent capability across the business, supporting client outcomes and organisational growth.

With over 17 years of experience across the Telecommunications and Information Technology sectors, Rohan delivers ICT professional services and strategic sourcing solutions to both government and private sector clients.

At Thinkstream, Rohan leads our recruitment function and broader professional services delivery, ensuring we source high-quality talent and deliver outcomes across client engagements. He works directly with clients to understand requirements, shape service offerings, and align capability with delivery models to meet their objectives.

Rohan is also a key client contact across Thinkstream’s government and private-sector engagements, building and maintaining strong relationships while ensuring a consistent, high-quality delivery experience.

In addition to leading delivery and talent capability, Rohan contributes to business development and growth by identifying new opportunities, leading tender responses, and helping shape Thinkstream’s strategic direction.

Rohan also supports Thinkstream’s information security framework in his role as Security Officer, working alongside the organisation’s Chief Security Officer to ensure security practices are maintained across operations.

Gurjiv brings over two decades of expertise in solutions architecture and software engineering. He has led complex digital transformation projects for federal government departments and global enterprises, designing scalable and secure technology solutions.

Recognised for his hands-on approach, Gurjiv is deeply involved in technical design and solution delivery, ensuring high standards of performance, security, and scalability.

He excels at bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring innovative solutions align with strategic goals. His collaborative leadership and strategic vision drive Thinkstream’s commitment to delivering impactful solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Craig is the Client Services Manager at Thinkstream, supporting delivery by aligning high-quality ICT talent with complex program environments.
